Thank you for joining DSA! We are inviting you to our new member cohort for 2026.Our member cohort model is designed to enable members with a deeper understanding of organizing as socialists in New Orleans and in DSA. Graduates will receive a chapter t-shirt upon completion.
This will be approximately six weeks, with two hybrid events and three online events, concluding with an in-person graduation/social. Members are expected to attend all events with up to two unexcused absences.
Cohort 4: Oct - Dec 2026
- Kickoff event: Mid October
- Discussion event: Late October
- Three online events: November
- Graduation: Early December (location TBA)
Cohort 5: Jan - Mar 2027
- Kickoff event: Mid January
- Discussion event: Late January
- Three online events: Feb/Early March
- Graduation: Mid March (location TBA)

- Graduation: Early June (location TBA)
Cohort 7: Jul - Sep 2027

Cohorts will be facilitated by a Cohort Team of DSA members who will reach out with further information on scheduling dates that work best for the most participation.
